The HX180 sewing machine is a fully automatic sewing machine with powerful functions and a compact structure. It has only one safety door, and the distance between its feeding station and output station is only 1 meter. Thanks to its ergonomic design, it can be easily operated by just one operator.
 
It has the following technical features:
 
The 10-inch color touch screen combined with the PLC system can control all the functions of the machine.
The forming device can pre-process the book back of the signatures before sewing, which can effectively reduce the number of shutdowns and further improve the sewing quality.
To meet the page-turning requirements to the greatest extent, the page-turning device has three programmable vacuum page-turning heads on both the upper and lower parts and a built-in page-turning device for long and short edges.
The thread needles and crochet hooks can be easily inserted into the holes punched along the spine of the signatures by the bottom needles, ensuring the highest sewing quality.
The trimmer at the book delivery device automatically trims the tail thread to approximately 10 millimeters.
